Since 1994, he has helped over 3,000 Georgia families secure home financing, consistently ranking as the company's #1 loan officer in the state. Nationally, James has been Shelter Lending Services' top loan officer for the past five years. Prior to Shelter, he achieved Rookie of the Year at BancBoston Mortgage (1992). A University of Georgia graduate (BBA, MBA), James is deeply involved in his community, coaching high school sports and supporting local charities.
