Loan Officer
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the loan application process, from initial consultation to closing. This includes assessing financial needs, explaining loan options, gathering necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. The Loan Officer will also cultivate and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and other referral sources to generate new business. Strong communication, analytical, and sales skills are essential. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of meeting or exceeding loan origination goals while providing exceptional customer service. NMLS certification required.
