Joe joined Dart Bank in October 2021, bringing 24+ years of commercial banking expertise. His career began in sales and investments before transitioning to Citizens Bank for 11 years, followed by 11 years at Chase Bank as Senior Commercial Relationship Manager and Mid-Michigan Area Manager. Joe holds a bachelor’s degree from Saginaw Valley State University (1991) and a master’s degree (2001).
