Tampa Bay native Justin Kelly leverages 15+ years of mortgage expertise to guide clients toward homeownership. Holding Finance and Business Management degrees from USF and an MBA from the University of Florida, Justin combines local knowledge with financial acumen. In 2020, he and his team funded $166 million, utilizing Conventional, FHA, VA, and down payment assistance programs. Formerly with Tri-County Mortgage, now with VanDyk, Justin is also Board Chair and finance committee member for Palm Harbor YMCA and YMCA of the Suncoast, demonstrating his commitment to the community.
